Many people claim that weight gain is a serious side effect from anxiety and from depression. However the diet pills available on the market are typicall not the very best for those that want to stay away from products that can cause jitters or cause your anxiety to kick in.

Weight Loss Products Other Than Diet Pills

The reason for weight gain, especially in the abdominal area is the toxic sludge that forms in fat. This makes it very difficult for the body to burn the fat! It makes the fat thick and syrupy! This is important because the body can typically burn regular fat at a pretty effective rate. However, when the fat has toxins included with it then it is 50% less efficient. This means that you would have to work twice as hard to burn the same fat as the other person that does not have toxic fat. Belly fat tends to be more toxic than other fats and that is why it is so danderous for the heart as well.

What is the Best Way To Get Rid of Belly Fat

The very best way is to remove the toxins first. This is done by pulling the toxins out of the fat. Body wraps are amazing at doing this. Well, let me restate that good body wraps are effective at doing this. The clays and muds in body wraps can be more effective than any diet pill ever was at removing belly fat or toxic body fat that so many of us seem to have.

There is a lady who lives across the street. She has major physical symptoms associated with her anxiety and even depression but refuses to see the link. Here are some things to look for. Do you feel bad when the major holidays roll around. The lady across the street was leaving to go to her husbands relatives for Thanksgivng. My wife knew that she wasn’t feeling good the day before so she asked how she was feeling. The husband – who was driving and on the same side as my wife – said – not good – she ate some bad Thai food. Most people, including the husband falls for this. As a matter of fact she has gotten very good at manipulating people to see things her way.

Now fast forward to Christmas. My wife, again, sees her husband but hasn’t seen his wife in several days so she ask how the wife is doing. The husband replies that she has been sick for the previous four days leading up til Christmas. Now if you ask her she wil tell you that she has a cold but start to put things together.

During the summer months she went on Vacation down to Florida with several families related to her family. She was sick most of the time. After about 8 of these it has become very obvious to me that she has massive social anxieties. For the larger scale social activities they can actually bed her. For the smaller ones she feels nauseous, get headaches, has aches and pains and so on and so forth.

The amazing thing to me is not that she has anxieties but the fact that she can’t put the two together but even more important and even higher on the wow scale is that her husband is an enabler. He constantly says that she is always felling bad. He says this just about every time that we see him. In social situations she is very mean to him and treats him like a kid – scolding and being very demeaning to him. Yet if you ask him he is total denial too. This comes from her manipulation. It becomes easier for him to go along with her and agree to her excuses than to call her out. Therefore he begins to become an enabler to her anxiety. Now she is rolling full force down a hill to a place that will ultimately cost her very much. But she becomes very manipulative not only to her husband but to those around her and the result is that all the nieghbors begin to pull away.

If this is you I would strongly advise you to get professional help to end this downward spiral.

Anxiety related hair loss, hair thinning and similar hair and skin problems. Most people don’t know that stress or anxiety can cause numerous hair and skin problems. Anxiety or stress is known for causing everything from hair loss or thinning in both men and women to also skin problems such as skin rashes, excessive wrinkling and deep wrinkles on the face and forehead to name just a few. The big question that we get is how does something internal like stress cause the exterior of your body to have so many issues.

The answer to this is a two fold or two part answer. First of all when stress or anxiety sets in it was never intended to be a lengthy process on the body. Fear was only meant to be felt for a short time. When anxiety, stress or fear set in the body releases numberous chemicals into the body. A chain reaction occurs that then sets off like a row of dominos. When the main hormones are released the body becomes almost super human when adrenaline and other similar hormones are released. However, most of our stresses do not need this super human results we get from adrenaline so it is released into the body and then is never burned off. The same is true with cortisol and many more related hormones. And since most of those that have anxiety, stress or fear issues do not have short term issues but instead longer term issues these chemicals stay at very high, toxic levels in the body. This affects so many different functions of the body two of which are skin and hair. The result is acne, skin rashes, dark circles, falling or thinning hair and on down the line. See part two of this blog post to see the second reason for major body issues related to stress.

Most People know that anxiety can cause many symptoms including upset stomach, sweatty palms, even dizziness to many people but most people never understand what long term stress can do to your body. The hormones that are secreted during stress are not meant to be in the body for long periods of time. These hormones are often referred to as power hormones. They are meant for flight or fight type situations but when we allow these hormones to stay in our system for extended periods of time then you find out that they can wreak havoc. however, most people that are suffering for long term anxiety or even depression don’t know the physical symptoms. It is not uncommon for people that have MS type symptoms go to a doctor for an MRI only to find that there is nothing that they can see. Yet their fingers and hands still tingle, many times they have pain in their hands and over 300 different other symptoms that are all physical!

So what are the different anxiety symptoms that you can look for in a person. In the next couple of posts we will discuss the many different symptoms that are very common amongst people that are suffering from the detriments of anxiety and even depression. One of the most common symptoms is weight loss or weight gain. This weight loss or weight gain can happen quickly or it can happen over time – almost if it is steady and very hard to control.
